Neither Rain, Nor Sleet, Nor Hurricanes Prevents Our Clients From Receiving Their Ketubot!

The wild and crazy weather conditions of the last few months haven’t really affected us (so far), but they have affected a number of our clients.

One client was to have been married in New Orleans, and her ketubah was pretty far along in the production process. Then Katrina hit. We noted her location, flagged her ketubah and checked in with her. Long story short, she let us know her alternate plans, and we shipped it on out.

Another couple was to have been married in Naples and was forced, by Hurricane Wilma, to move the ceremony to Baltimore just four days before the originally planned event! They already had their “Naples” ketubah in-hand and called us on Tuesday/Wednesday, worried that nothing could be done about their now-incorrect ketubah. We revised, printed and shipped the new ketubah by next-day air, and they received it on Friday, with time to spare. (Rhyming not intended.)

The bottom line: Whether you’ve had a curveball thrown your way or you just forgot to order it earlier, you shouldn’t have to settle for a ketubah that isn’t everything you hoped it would be.
