There is a minimum of 10 certificates per order, but these
can be made up of any combination of certificates -- i.e. (2) Bar Mitzvah, (3)
Bat Mitzvah, (1) Child Naming and (4) Confirmation -- to achieve the minimum
quantity. |

Even though our life-cycle certificates are printed on 100#
card stock, they should run through your laser or inkjet printer (or copier) provided
that the printer has a fairly straight paper path, rather than an "S-shaped”
paper path. It's best to check your printer’s specs (in the owner’s
manual) just to make sure.

| » Personalization |
| |

We do not do the personalization -- the filling in of the
names, dates, etc. -- on this line of certificates. We have, however, switched
to a matte-finish paper to improve their surface for calligraphy. We also hope
to come out with printer templates to aid in computer fill in.

Custom certificates may be ordered, with a minimum of 500.
A 50% deposit is required, and no discounts will apply.

Each certificate is $2.35, with a minimum of 10 certificates
per order.
Shipping is $9.75 per order, regardless of quantity.
Discounts are as follows:
Bulk Discount:
50-99 certificates - subtract $0.15 per certificate
100-199 - subtract $0.30 per certificate
200-499 - subtract $0.45 per certificate
500+ - subtract $0.75 per certificate
Prepayment Discount:
5% off the adjusted total

Orders are shipped within two business days, via DHL Ground
Service, for a charge of $6.50.
Other shipping options are available, including Second-Day Air starting at $15.50
and Next-Day Air starting at $25.

| The current line of life-cycle certificates is available
to rabbis and related clergy, synagogues and religious schools. They are not available
for sale to individuals or to resellers. |
