Here’s another way MP Artworks is different. Ask most other ketubah sellers about their guarantee, and they’ll likely tell you that all sales are final, especially if the ketubah was personalized or customized. Doesn’t matter to them that this is something you will look at (hopefully!) every day for the rest of your life!
At MP Artworks, we’ve been doing this a long time. We think our ketubot and other products are the best and we want you to be happy with anything you get from us. In fact, we want you to be so happy that you tell all your friends about us and the little things we do that add up to the MP Artworks Advantage!
So, if you are not thrilled with your MP Artworks purchase for any reason, please contact us -- no later than five (5) days after receipt -- and tell our Client Service Specialist how we can make you happy! If we have made a mistake, your item has arrived damaged, or you are simply not happy with the quality, we will make every attempt to fix it and/or replace it, quickly and at no cost to you. Guaranteed. (Additional services or changes may incur additional charges. See terms below.)
If there is no way for us to make you happy with our product, then we will happily, and quickly, issue you a 100% refund.

Terms and Conditions:
- You must first contact us before sending any item back. Refunds will not be issued without an advanced return authorization.
- If you made a mistake when ordering a ketubah or chuppah (e.g. you misspelled your future mother-in-law’s name, or your rabbi ruined your ketubah while inserting your names, Oy!) or you wish to make a change (e.g. you decide to get your chuppah personalized after all, or you changed your mind on the ketubah text you want or even the design!) and you wish to obtain a replacement—with the same or a different design—we will reprint your item, change the design and/or make any minor changes, if necessary, for a small reprint charge (typically $50 for a ketubah, $100 for a chuppah). You may be required to pay for new services (if, for example, you add personalization).
- Our Client Service Specialist may request you return the item to us with the original packaging at your expense (prepaid, trackable and insured). In those cases, your Client Service Specialist will give you a date by which the item needs to be sent back to us.
- For items that arrived in a damaged condition, we will make arrangements, and pick up the cost, for you to return the item to us. We may ask you to include, or hold onto, all damaged packaging so we can make appropriate insurance claims with the shipper.
- If you, your officiant or a calligrapher will be personalizing your ketubah, you must assume responsibility for any mistakes or damage to it. In these cases, you may take advantage of our reprint policy. (See #2 above.) Of course, you may simply prefer to join the 93% of couples who have us do their personalization to ensure there are no mistakes and to achieve the best presentation possible!
- Cancellations: You may of course cancel your order prior to its completion, but any work completed by us prior to cancellation will not be refunded. This includes personalization and customization charges. If your order has already been printed and is waiting to be shipped at the time of cancellation, the order will then be treated as a refund described above.
