About Gary Rosenthal
MP Artworks is pleased to offer handcrafted Judaica by internationally
recognized artist Gary Rosenthal. During almost 30 years of sculpting welded
metals, he has created one of the most popular and unique lines of Judaic art
in the country.
His most recent work -- including his Bridal Registry and
Broken Wedding Glass collections -- combines copper, brass and steel with brilliantly
fused glass. It is a contemporary style, rooted in tradition: His inspiration
comes from the history of the Jewish people, which considers the act of making
beautiful, functional art a "mitzvah," or a blessing.

• Bridal Collection
The springtime hues of white, blues, greens and pastels are
incorporated into the fused glass and metal works that compose Gary Rosenthal's
Bridal Registry Collection. This assortment of items, perfect gifts for the bride-to-be,
includes a Menorah, Sabbath Candleholder Set, a Candle Box, a Kiddush Cup, a Tzedukah
Box (in large and small versions) and a Mezuzah.
• Broken Glass Collection
The symbolism behind the breaking of the glass at a traditional
Jewish wedding served as the inspiration for Rosenthal's Broken Wedding Glass
Collection. Composed of melded metal and multicolored shards of broken glass,
this signature collection includes Glasses for Breaking, Mezuzot, Wedding Kiddush
Cups, a Wedding Menorah, Wedding Dreidel, Wedding Sabbath Candles and a Wedding
Spice Box.
